My name is Josh. With over two years of experience working one on one with clients and in group fitness, and almost a decade of experience on my own personal fitness journey, my goal is to create a place where people of any backgrounds can come to get into fitness. I have always been inspired by fictional characters like Batman and Captain America. Whether you are like me and your inspiration comes from superheroes, anime characters, or a character from a video game, or if you are looking to get healthier or more fit, I want you to be able to reach your goals. My aim is to take away the intimidation factor of the "gym bro" trainer, and add a fun, albeit nerdy, twist. The Vigilante is an idea, and an ideal. My only goal is to help you get from where you are right now, to where you want to be. My focus is on functional strength and athletic training. My training style combines traditional strength training with a more athletic focused training used by combat sports and military training. I want you to be strong, mobile, and most importantly I want you to be the best version of yourself. Fitness for me is about keeping the body healthy. Whether you are looking to take the first step in your fitness journey, are looking for that little extra push of accountability, or just need a new plan to keep things fresh, The Vigilante is here for you.
